Penclassics the write pen
Think of deep plummy French wine
Fermanbuk, a vivid red with subtle hints of vermillion
Sepia, this is a little less dark than the photo
See note below
Scabiosa, a subtle Aubergine/Grey, quick drying waterproof Iron Gall Ink. Archival quality
Cassia, a deep vibrant Royal Purple
Salix, a conservative Archival quality Iron Gall Ink - Waterproof. It writes mid blue and dries dark
Alt Goldgrun a lovely olive green with a hint of gold - unusual!
Verdigris, what can you say? A most gorgeous colour. A Bluey, Green/Black colour
"...The colour Sepia may be used for blending, but only if the blended mixture is used immediately… " You may use Sepia on it’s own, as it is, in the same way as any other ink but if you use Sepia for mixtures you should use the mixture immediately.
Salix and Scabiosa are modern formulation Iron Gall Inks, of a permanent nature, that are perfectly safe for Fountain Pens, but it may be prudent not to leave them in a pen for very extended periods of time without flushing clean
Verdura, the bright green of new growth in the forest
Morinda A less vivid red than Fermanbuk, softer tones
A bright summer Blue…This colour is also very durable
durable and cannot be taken out by using an ink remover.
Solferino, a vibrant fast drying magenta
Helianthus This is a beautiful bright gold ink, and my photo doesn’t really do it justice.
Koningsblau. This looks pretty much like a rich Royal Blue to me!
Leipzeiger Schwarz. A very, very intense black
